working daily behind the scenes to deliver preventive
steps that help avoid disruptions in your work-flow.

Service Technicians attend exhaustive manufacturers’
training courses on all equipment before receiving
certification, and get follow-up training when updates
are available, on top of having degrees in electronics
or other required educational qualifications in their
backgrounds. We also have Product specialists who are a
major part of our service organization, available to
troubleshoot problems with other technicians. BIS is

Our
technicians have many diagnostic and repair tools at
their disposal to make sure you receive service in a
timely manner. These tools increase response rate and
uptime, such as our Automated Dispatch System provided by
ADS. Using a
cell phone, our technicians can dispatch and close
calls, order parts, listen to past service comments,
send test faxes, and more.
These
hand-held devices describe detailed equipment history,
and allow for real time parts and supplies ordering,
inventory management, and improve the coordination of
technicians in the field.
